Democracy Gym

Democracy is like a muscle that needs to be exercised. The "Democracy Gym" brochure picks up on this idea. It bundles eleven media-based methods for educational practice in schools and extracurricular youth education. "Democracy Gym" consists of two modular training plans with supplementary warm-up and cool-down exercises. They support professionals in inspiring young people for our democracy with creativity and humor within the realities of their lives. And thus keep our democratic society fit and healthy.

The materials were created in a cooperation between medien+bildung.com and klicksafe. With the kind support of the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry for Families, Women, Culture and Integration and the Rhineland-Palatinate Media Authority. The teaching material "Fit for Democracy", which was also developed jointly by klicksafe and medien+bildung.com, served as the basis for this brochure.
