NEW: Learning module "Movies, videos and music - what is allowed?"

Together with the Internet-ABC, klicksafe has published a new interactive and fully set to music learning module for children.

The learning module "Films, videos and music - what is allowed?" shows children, among other things, why file-sharing networks harbor risks, what dangers lurk when using YouTube and why they should always think before publishing something themselves. In addition, children can use the learning module to playfully familiarize themselves with the terms creator, copyright and license. The difference between legal and illegal offerings is also covered.

The module is available in two versions: 1) full version for children and 2) version with topic selection for teachers.

With the 12 interactive learning modules from the Internet ABC, children learn how to navigate the Internet safely. The learning modules are aimed at students from grade 3 to grade 6. The modules explain the basics of the Internet in a playful way, raise awareness of risks and show the creative potential that the Internet has to offer. Each learning module is dedicated to a key topic, e.g. advertising, social networks, chat or search engines. Children can access the learning modules directly via the children's platform at "Learning and School".

Further information on the learning module "Movies, videos and music - what is allowed?" and supplementary worksheets are available at www.internet-abc.de.
