The "Data Protection Goes to School" initiative is using the day of action as an opportunity to initiate joint awareness-raising events with the data protection supervisory authority from Baden-Württemberg. In February, participating schools will be offered lessons
on the safe handling of personal data on the Internet. Around 600 students throughout Germany will be trained in simple rules of conduct on the Internet.
