Digital (in)addiction - reflection and prevention

The media scouts of the Carl-Benz-Gymnasium carry out actions during the big breaks to reflect on and prevent digital addiction: They conduct a Kahoot quiz on this topic, get into conversation with classmates through a poster action with selected JIM study results, and have classmates compare their estimated screen time with actual screen time.

In addition, all classes will work out the five most important tips for digital well-being, which will then be collected and evaluated by the media scouts, and the results will finally be used to compile and publish the ten most important tips for the entire school community.
