We at Lost in Space mobil are responsible for the area of early intervention as part of the Berlin counseling center Lost in Space, help for computer game and Internet addicts and their relatives as well as support for professionals. Our goal is to reach young adults who already show problematic, excessive media use (including gaming, social media use, streaming) as early as possible and provide initial assistance.

In addition to seminars for young adults to raise their awareness of the issue and inform them about help options, there is also the option of brief counseling. We also offer information and training events for professionals, agencies and institutions that work in the living environment of young adults. The offer is free of charge.

As part of Safer Internet Day, with this year's motto "#OnlineAmLimit - your network. your life. your limits." we are holding an input event online via Zoom on the topic of excessive media use, which is aimed primarily at Berlin-based professionals and institutions working in the lifeworld of young adults.
