Accompanying Children and Teenagers Digitally - Insights into the Digital World of Kids & Teens

Many guardians find it difficult to look into the digital world of their children. In this presentation, social media apps and their stumbling blocks are explained and important tips for settings are given. The focus will be on today's most used apps TikTok, WhatsApp, Snapchat and Instagram.

It also deals with cyberbullying and cybergrooming - because the latter is still far too unknown. At the end of the lecture, helpful safety programs will be presented that parents can use supportively on their children's devices.
