All classes and courses will address the conscious and balanced use of media in the morning.
Everyone will take a self-test and tips and tricks will be discussed on how to reduce screen time. During recess, there will be cell phone-free zones with plenty of sports and creative activities.
Classes can participate in a challenge.
Parents will receive information about the activities in advance and numerous tips on how to deal with the issue in the family environment.
