Online parents' evening: AktivOffline - How much is too much?

AktivOffline is a counseling center for people affected by excessive media use and their families. Children, young people and adults from all over Lower Bavaria have the opportunity to receive professional, free and, if necessary, completely anonymous advice online or in person at Landshuter Netzwerk e.V..
The project is sponsored by the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bayern Süd.

To mark Safer Internet Day 2023, we are offering a free information evening on the topic of "Dealing with digital media in the family". This will take place online via Zoom from 6 to 7 p.m. on February 7, 2023.

The focus of the parents' evening will include the following topics:
- Establishing regulations in the family: methods, technical settings, apps and tools
- Tips for families
- Fascination and dangers of digital media
- What is media addiction and how can you recognize it?
- Advice and help options
