Safer Internet Day - with the Frankenthal Digital Ambassadors & Ambassadors

Would you like to get started with online banking and know how to do it and what to look out for? Do you have questions about shopping on the Internet? Or would you like to learn more about secure payment options?

Every Tuesday from 12 - 3 p.m., the Frankenthal Digital Ambassadors are at the public library and offer individual help in dealing with technology & Internet in their "Computer, Tablet & - Sprechstunde". Drop by and get to know the DigiBos and what they have to offer in Rhineland-Palatinate. On Safer Internet Day, the DigiBos offer information on two thematic focal points:

Monika Kneiß demonstrates online banking live on a Sparkasse demo account and provides practical assistance.

Peter Oriwol demonstrates shopping on the Internet and explains, for example, various payment options at Amazon and answers questions about PayPal & Co.

Safer Internet Day is an international day of action. This year, the EU initiative klicksafe has proclaimed the motto #OnlineAmLimit - your net. your life. your limits: How healthy is our digital everyday life and what skills do we need to use digital media in a conscious and balanced way? The Frankenthal digital ambassadors will be available to answer questions and provide information on the topic.
