February 6, 2024 is Safer Internet Day again - this time under the motto #TogetherForABetterInternet!

For a better internet, we want to look at chatrooms and how we can make them more democratic.
After all, problematic content is shared in (class) chats and often goes under the radar of professionals and caregivers. This can lead to uncertainty on the part of educational professionals as to how to deal with this responsibly and consciously. Specifically: What can I do if misanthropic content is shared in chat groups by people I work with?

In the online workshop for professionals, we want to talk about precisely these situations and discuss instructions for action together. We will bring concrete tips and background information on how to deal with problematic posts in (class) chat, but we are also looking forward to hearing about your experiences and previous strategies.
