Between apps and dinner - How do families avoid the digital limit?

Whether it's family, school or work - our lives are full of digital activities. But up to what point is media use still healthy and at what point do we better set limits for ourselves so as not to reach our digital and healthy­limit? And what responsibility do the major digital­platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Twitch or TikTok actually have? What must offers­look like in the future and what framework conditions are needed in order to do justice to digital youth and user protection? Participants from politics, business and media addiction counseling will discuss these and other questions at the event "Between Apps and Dinner - How do Families Avoid the Digital Limit?" on February 6, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Landesanstalt für Medien NRW in Düsseldorf.
