Organized by the PEPtalk (Prevention Empowering Parents), a parent-led group at Nelson-Mandela-Schule Berlin, this session will feature insights from parents on how schools in Berlin and beyond—including South Africa and Australia—are implementing measures to safeguard children in a digital environment. We will discuss approaches to smartphone and device restrictions during school hours and explore ways to foster a balanced use of technology at Nelson Mandela School.
