What is the webinar about?
Nowadays, every user can easily upload or download various content on the Internet. Especially via social networks, vacation photos, the new favorite song or a funny video are quickly shared publicly. But there are a few things to keep in mind when dealing with movies, photos, texts and music. Many things are possible, but not everything that is possible is permitted. However, the legal situation on the Internet is often not easy to understand and ambiguities arise.
The webinar therefore attempts to provide answers to the following questions, among others:
- What does the right to one's own image mean?
- What do I have to consider when uploading and sharing other people's content?
- How do I recognize illegal streaming and download offers?
- What is a warning notice and what should I do if I receive one?
If you have further questions about legal aspects of Internet use, please feel free to enter them in the comments field when you register. We will try to answer as many of these questions as possible in the webinar and discuss them together. It should be noted that the webinar cannot provide individual legal advice, but will only address the questions in general terms.

To participate in the webinar, all you need is a laptop or computer with Internet access and audio.
