Lost in Cyberspace? Health in digital worlds

What is "digital health"? The expansion of our world through the digital space requires an expanded understanding of action competence and health. Antihelden* from the Verein zur Förderung von Jugendlichen e.V. and Mädchen.Sucht.Auswege from LAGAYA e.V. offer an open offer and a workshop for young people of all genders from 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. as part of SID 23 (Safer Internet Day).
The open offer and the workshop provide experimental and fun opportunities to acquire a more conscious and mindful approach to media and to better reflect on their own usage behavior. To this end, the opportunities offered by the Internet as a medium for entertainment, expression of opinion and education will be highlighted, and the downsides and risks will be identified.
We would like to offer suggestions on how young people can navigate the broad spectrum of the Internet better and more safely. There is also the possibility of individual advice on these topics.
